Our herb of the month for October is Epazote. Epazote is best used fresh and added towards the end of cooking. It has a flavor between oregano and anise.

We had a supper focused on Agatha Christie's favourite things to eat. Elspeth baked a Death by Chocolate Cake amongst other delicous things our members created.
